For over 30 years, my list of food allergies and sensitivities has grown and, being an avid home cook, I’ve tried to find new ways to create the dishes my family loves while making sure my health isn’t affected, such as the turkey meatloaf with macaroni and cheese shown above. All the recipes you’ll find on this site are free from dairy, gluten, eggs, nuts, sugar, soy, and alcohol. Therefore, many are also vegan and may also be useful for other diets such as paleo. The recipes contain no refined cane sugar, opting instead for other types of sweeteners, such as stevia, monk fruit powder, agave and coconut nectar, dates, and maple syrup.
